This was an excellent and thought-provoking read.

What impressed me most was the balance between practical business advice and deeper leadership insight. The emphasis on emotional intelligence and self-awareness feels especially relevant in today’s fast-paced environment. It is a reminder that leadership is not just about managing a business, but about showing up with clarity, presence, and purpose.
